Zhen Yin came out of Mrs. Song's room, humiliated. Dong Xian followed her into Diamond Villa, and vowed to take the hotel if it was so important to Zhen Yin.

Dong Xian went to the business centre and met Tai Jun, mentioning Zhen Yin was humiliated. On hearing the news, Tai Jun went looking for Zhen Yin in her office. Chun Qing told him that Zhen Yin went to see Mrs. Song.

Tai Jun found Zhen Yin sitting in the Villa, and asked her why she did not report to him about Mrs. Song as a guest in the Hotel. Zhen Yin felt that he did not appreciate her effort of avoiding possible unhappy incidents, got up, and went back to her office alone.

Tai Jun went to see Mrs. Song. She admitted that she came to apologise, and prepared to sale her shares to Tai Jun. However, as Zhen Yin was lying about Tai Jun's whereabouts, she deliberately gave Zhen Yin a hard time. She also mentioned that Zhen Yin came looking for her 3 years ago, begging her to let Tai Jun off about the scandal.

Mrs. Song told Leo that she was not interested in selling her shares to him anymore. On hearing the news, Dong Xian called director Jin, telling him he had not been able to purchase the share, and suspected a leak of information. Leo suggested that it may be Zhen Yin.

Hotel staff had a celebration. Yun Xi and Tai Jun left early. Yun Xi took Tai Jun to her friends toyshop, and afterwards Tai Jun walked her home. Outside her door, they met director Jin. Jin threatened Tai Jun to leave Yun Xi alone, and told Yun Xi that she should not be working at the hotel anymore. Yun Xi threatened to commit suicide if she was forced to leave the hotel.

Tai Jun waited for Zhen Yin underneath her apartment. They went upstairs together and had a drink. Tai Jun asked Zhen Yin about whether she saw Mrs. Song 3 years about, and Zhen Yin lied that she did not remember. However, she admitted that she was willing to do anything for him then. Tai Jun claimed that he was tired and would like to lie on the sofa to have a nap. When Zhen Yin was leaving the living room, Tai Jun asked her about her necklace. Zhen Yin told her that she had lost both of them... Dong Xian was at Sapphire looking at the necklace that Zhen Yin threw back to him...

The bank send Dong Xian to oversee the operation of the hotel. At the staff meeting, Dong Xian asked Tai Jun to work out an organization plan, trimming staff. Tai Jun worked overnight but could not draw up the plan. Yun Xi delivered food into his office and had a chat with him. Tai Jun admitted that he was afraid to face director Jin as he was some feeling for Yun Xi.

Tai Jun went to see Dong Xian at Sapphire with Zhen Yin and manager Wu. Dong Xian demanded the retrenchment list. Tai Jun told him that he could not work it out, and left. Manager Wu promised that Dong Xian that he would work out the list.

Yun Xi got into an argument with the co-worker and went out the restaurant. She saw Tai Jun who was worried about events in the hotel. Yun Xi offered her should for Tai Jun, but was refused. Yun Xi told Tai Jun that his weakness was: he liked to do things for everyone but refused help from the others...
