Boss1 is laying down, eyes closed. He opened his eyes, and saw SY. SY locked the room. Boss got scared.
Boss1: Hey, SangYup... (Stumbling with words.) SY...
SY: (Folded up the arms of his shirt) I could forgive you anything else. But you harmed my wife. You almost killed my child who has never got to see the light, being miscarried before being born!!! (He screamed like a maniac. Boss1 kneeled down, alarmed and shaking.) That, I cannot forgive you.
Boss1: Wait! Please hear me speak. (SY is closing his fist and touching one unto the other.) SangYup, please.
SY: Ahhhh!!!!
Lights off.

********Night Club/ Room
BangKe: (On the phone) What? Is that true? Where is he now? (To himself in lower voice.) I'll go nuts. (Continued on the phone.) Find out where he is, hurry! Page him and call him, hurry up you son of a Bit @# ch! (SY and Sado entered the room.) Forget it. Hang up! (He and his 4 men get in standing position.)
SY lighted up a cigar and sat on the couch.
BK: What happened? Where did you come from?
SY: (Threw the lighter on the table.) Why do you want to know that? Call the boys. Even those down in the country.
BK: Why do you do this?! (SY drank beer) I know how you feel but if you behave like that, things will get difficult. YongDungPyo's men, Juman's band and even YangSon's band are getting together … to come after us.

JH: He was really messed up. He was unconscious. I couldn't question him, but there's no mistake that JSY did it. (SJ nodded)

YS is playing basketball with kids. The kids are arguing about who has won. YS was laughing. He heard piano music. He stopped laughing. It's "Love Affair." YS walked towards the music. Inside the Music Room, Lydia was playing the piano.
Lydia: (Stood up.) The other day I saw you playing it and I looked for the chords. You like it, don't you?
YS: Yes, there was once someone I liked... (Looked out from the window, recalling …)

**Country Road & Valley/ near the Police University. HJ and YS were walking next to each other. As they walked down the road, a bus passed by. HJ tried to move away but YS held her hands and pushed her to his side.
**HJ held a red votive candle to YS's face.
**HJ saw YS walked away. Suddenly, she opened the door and got out. YS stopped walking and turned around. HJ run to YS and slowly lain her head on his shoulders. YS hugged her.

"Love Affair" is heard from the old record disc. InSu stopped the music.
IS: Why this company makes you work so hard?
HaeJun: (Drawing sketches, without looking up.) How were you able to come inside? This is a restricted area.
IS: I'm a reporter. I told them I have an interview with you. (He looked around and sat down.)
HJ: (Continued drawing.) There's coffee in the back. Self-service. And I still have one more hour to go.
IS: I understand. Don't worry about me.
He started looking around for something to read. He saw the corner of a picture from HJ's schedule book. He took it out. It's YS's half-burnt photo. HJ snatched it away.
IS: I'm sorry, I didn't know this was your schedule book. (HJ looked down)

HJ and IS said nothing.

HJ was driving. IS was next to her. They said nothing. HJ stopped the car.

SH was walking down the country road, holding a fruit basket. She stepped aside to let the car go by. She saw the driver - HJ ...

MaeJu and DogN sat up, 90 degrees from the floor, together with other gangsters. MJ and DogN are getting tired, complaining that Boss was taking too long. The door opened and KangSoo entered with BangKe and TalBok. Everyone stood up.
BK: OK everyone. (KS's boys are having hard time standing up straight.) That's OK. From now on, you will have one mind and heart. I don't know when you'll be needed, but that day will come soon. Until then, exercise and make yourself strong.

HJ walked inside the dark room.
SJ: (Without looking at her.) It's been 5 years since father died. Now it's time for redemption.

SY was walking near the lake, holding a stick in his hand. YJ was looking at the waters, inside a stationed boat.
SY: What you're doing? (YJ smiled dreamily, stood up and walked away.)
YJ: Isn't it peaceful here? I've lived with you for 5 years, and I never felt this way before. I always felt I was running away, as if something would suddenly fall on me. I'm OK with having a child here while you farm. Why didn't we think of this before?
SY: Don't think anything stupid. In a couple of months we'll go back to Seoul. There's no way I could live here. Once the problem is solved, father will call me back. We just have to wait.

********Elementary School/ Outside
SY and YS were seated around a table, eating BBQ meat and drinking white liquor.
SY: What the heck! How could you live in a place like this? (YS just continued drinking.) You better slow down. Why are drinking so much?

YS's Voice: That was a sour feeling. Then, I realized then that I couldn't escape my identity.

SY: (Smiling.) If you feel like that, come back with me to Seoul. If we unite, there's nothing to fear. If you help me, there's no one who could touch me.
YS: I'm thinking of farming here. I already saw a piece of land that I want to purchase. There's got to be at least one in our family who's not a gangster, don't you think?

SY was fishing and playing with YJ.

YS was walking and saw black cars driven by gangsters. He stopped. He started running.

Sado was holding a bucket with fishes. SY and YJ ware walking side by side. They were returning the fishes to the water, smiling. Through the reflections in the water, they could tell a mob was approaching them. They stopped smiling.
SY: Sado, take my wife and run. Don't let them touch her or I'll kill you.
Sado: Boss...
SY: Just leave now! (Sado and YJ started to walk away)
YS was running towards them. SY was fighting with about 10 people. YS joined the fight. The 2 brothers are standing back to back, surrounded by mobsters. SY smiled. YS followed. The fight continued from right to left, hitting and getting hit. YS helped SY up. They heard the police car sirens. They looked up. A man was running towards YS...

SJ: (Picked up the phone while HJ listened) Yes... What? Who got mugged? Jang SangYup and... Jang YoSuk? What the heck! Find out the circumstances. What do you mean, find that out! (HJ looks petrified.) I'll be there, wait for me.

YS was waiting there, with blood covering all over him. He stood up and saw Sado.
Sado: We don't know if they'll attack again so Big Boss wanted you to guard the school. Boss is out of the critical condition and he's more stable now.
YS: What about my sister in law?
Sado: (Looking down) She miscarried.

YS was slowly walking when he saw a red car. He stopped. He started looking around... and saw HJ. They both stood far from each other, just looking.
They sat on a bench, far from each other, not looking. HJ started to walk away.
YS: Wait!
HJ: (She stopped walking but she didn't turn to look.) No, now I see you're OK, that's good. That's more than enough. I just came to make sure of that, really. (She slowly walked away.)
YS witnessed her disappeared into the night, wanted to say something but unable to stop her. He just stood there... Suddenly, he started running. He saw YJ walking slowly away. He approached, touched her back and made her turn around. He hugged and caressing her hair. They both closed their eyes.
