Joon Sang told Yu Jin that he is Joon Sang but she did not believe. Sang Hyuk came out from the restaurant, tried to stop Joon Sang from talking to Yu Jin. Joon Sang got angry and hit Sang Hyuk. Yu Jin left with Sang Hyuk in a cab. Lung Kok, Zhen Suk and Choi Lim pondered on whether Man Yeong is Joon Sang...

In the cab, Sang Hyuk told Yu Jin that he wished he is Joon Sang. He asked Yu Jin to promise not to leave him even if Joon Sang has came back alive. At a loss, Yu Jin agreed...

Yu Jin got home. Joon Sang walked alone on the street and called her. He asked her to meet him. Yu Jin refused and told him that he could not be Joon Sang for Joon Sang would never call her Ms. Yu Jin … she uttered from her memory about the Joon Sang she knew... the one that does not know how to communicate with others... the one that dare not even tell her that he loved her... the one that could not stand and walk straight... the one that never laughed freely... For Yu Jin, Man Yeong and Joon Sang are people from two different worlds... and even Joon Sang came back alive, she could not leave Sang Hyuk any more.... Over the phone, Joon Sang pleaded to Yu Jin, asking her to meet him again before he hang up. Yu Jin changed her mind but when she was about to leave the house, her mum tried to stop her and fainted...

The doctor and Sang Hyuk came in, and Yu Jin was staying next to her mum's bedside. Later, while Yu Jin was going to leave again, her mum pulled on to her clothing and stopped her...

Sang Hyuk told Joon Sang to let Yu Jin go: if Joon Sang does love her, he should not hurt her like this. Sang Hyuk apologized for hiding the fact that Man Yeong is Joon Sang. As Man Yeong does not have the memory of Joon Sang, he is really not the Joon Sang to Yu Jin and to everyone else. For the sake of Yu Jin, it is better for Man Yeong to stay as Man Yeong. After Sang Hyuk left, Joon Sang fell into deep thoughts.

Joon Sang went back to his old house, sat at the piano, thinking about Yu Jin. When he work up next morning, he found his mum in the house. He accused her for robbing him of Joon Sang's memory, and replacing them with that of Man Yeong's. Mei Xi apologized as she does not want him to live as an orphan: as Joon Sang, the person he hated most is Mei Xi... when Joon Sang lost his memory, Mei Xi took the opportunity to create a new life for Joon Sang as Man Yeong... At the end, Man Yeong reconciled with Mei Xi.

After Mei Xi left, Joon Sang went back into the house and walked around. In the storeroom, he found some of his belongings - notes from Yu Jin to Joon Sang, and a tape. He played it on the cassette player, and that was the tape from Joon Sang to Yu Jin, while he practised his Christmas greetings for her, and wished her happiness... Listening to his own voice, without the memory of Joon Sang, Joon Sang broke down in tears....

Joon Sang went back to the school in Chuan Chun... roaming in the empty school yard...Yu Jin went into the school... went to the broadcast room to talk to her sister...

Joon Sang, at the piano room, stood in front of the piano, played "the first time"... Yu Jin, at the broadcast room, listened to a poem recital:

Joon Sang, in the piano room, stopped playing the piano... Yu Jin, in the broadcast room, in tears... walking around the school yard, remembering the past...

Joon Sang walked out of the school...Yu Jin went into the piano room, found the cover of the piano opened and gently closed it...
Somehow, both of them were at the school, but somehow, kept missing each other...

Joon Sang returned to work. He told his senior that he is going back to US and asked him to take care of the ski field project... for the sake of everyone, it is better for him to stay as Man Yeong.

Joon Sang called Sang Hyuk over the phone and asked to see him. He told Sang Hyuk that, as Man Yeong, he has already given up on Yu Jin. (As he could not remember how what it was to be like Joon Sang, there was no reason to retain Yu Jin) He wished Sang Hyuk and Yu Jin happiness, and told Sang Hyuk that he would be leaving for US soon with no plan to return to Korea... and they parted shaking hands.

Yu Jin went to Choi Lim's boutique to try on her wedding dress. Joon Sang came in while Yu Jin walked out from the dressing room. He nodded politely at her. Yu Jin hurried back into the dressing room, but her high heels fell off. Joon Sang walked towards her, bend over and helped her to put the shoe on. Yu Jin remembered the time Joon Sang helped her to put on her shoes on after climbing the wall back into the schoolyard...

Man Yeong asked Yu Jin whether she was in love with him because he looked like Joon Sang. Yu Jin replied that she realized Man Yeong and Joon Sang were different people, and she is in love with both of them... Their conversation was interrupted by Zhen Suk. Man Yeong told Zhen Suk that he came looking for Choi Lim. As Choi Lim was not around, Joon Sang left.

Zhen Yu went to visit Yu Jin's mum as he heard that she was not well. When Yu Jin walked him out, he asked her about Man Yeong... somehow, he could feel Man Yeong is Joon Sang. He asked Yu Jin whether she went to Joon Sang's funeral. Yu Jin's replied that she did not as the funeral was in Seoul... After he left, Yu Jin sat in her room thinking...

Choi Lim found out from Sang Hyuk that Man Yeong was leaving for US. Then, she received a call from her private investigator. The private investigator confirmed that Man Yeong is Joon Sang... Later Choi Lim got back to her shop and overheard Zhen Suk's conversation with Yu Jin. Apparently, Yu Jin wanted to check the death records. Choi Lim panicked, informed Sang Hyuk, and both of them ran out of their offices.

Choi Lim went back to the school, saw her old teacher, and asked him whether he has seen Yu Jin. When there were talking, Yu Jin came in. Choi Lim was very nice towards her and offered to drive her home at Chuan Chun. Sang Hyuk was waiting, and drove her straight back to Seoul.

As soon as Sang Hyuk left, Yu Jin took a cab to go to Joon Sang's hotel. Joon Sang was packing inside. Yu Jin was going to press the bell...
